For session leads

Consultants

Consultants run the bootcamps and prepare the practice environments behind them. This is your workspace for getting a session ready.

What the consultant area is for

A good bootcamp day depends on preparation. The consultant area brings that preparation into one place, so every session starts on time with environments that work.

  • Session plans. Agendas, run sheets and timings for each bootcamp format.
  • Practice environments. Prepare, check and reset the sandbox applications and sample data an event uses.
  • Attendee accounts. Issue sign-in details for an event, reissue them on the day and let them expire afterward.
  • Build guides and challenge cards. The current versions, ready to share with a room.

How access works

Consultant access is by invitation only. There's no public sign-up. If you've been asked to run or support a session, the person who invited you will set up your account and send your details.

Looking after practice data

Practice environments hold fictional sample data only. When you prepare one, build from the provided sample sets and never load real customer, patient, employee or financial records, even for a quick test. The terms of use cover this in more detail.

On the day

Arrive early enough to sign in, open each environment and run the first build guide end to end. Keep the reset tools close: if an attendee's environment gets into a tangle, a reset puts it back to its starting point in moments.
